Product Development Process

Product development processes (PDP or PEP) describe group-wide and cross-functional processes for the development of a product in a company along the entire value chain. PDPs are controlled by a professional project management.

Especially for the automotive industry, we have developed processes and models that take into account the particular requirements of OEMs as well as the specific demands of the relevant international standards. In our »PDP NAVIGATOR«, all needed system criteria are summarised in modular form. A manual clearly describes each task and defines the responsibilities. Networking with the master plan facilitates the immediate start-up of work, in particular for employees who are new to the project. With this, you have a guide for efficient and universal project management.

Company-specific adaption

Every company has its own philosophy and established internal structures. That is why our system is geared towards flexibility. We can therefore integrate your company-specific requirements into the system. As a result of this transformation, you get your own corporate PDP. Your »PDP NAVIGATOR« contains the entire product lifecycle management, from the first concept phase to the development and product maturity to SOP (start of production) and even the EOL (end of life) and aftermarket areas.
