Our work is project-oriented. Professional project management is thus an integral part of our operations. The more complex the job or the product to be manufactured, the more complex the coordination of all resources. Competent project management is a key indicator for success.

The following factors play an important role:

 
 

  • Different expectations must be discussed in advance. It is essential to reach a consensus. That is why project limits and project objectives must be consistently defined.
  • Projects are complex. This makes the development of project plans indispensable. Only then can consistent sequences be generated and gaps identified early on.
  • Good project control with periodic project reporting where important gate reviews are defined enable countermeasures which are in time and on budget.
  • All areas and departments of a company are involved in successful projects. To avoid a one-sided focus, projects must therefore be managed in a process-oriented manner. Project organisation and culture must thus also be set up project-related and the project relationships aligned to project context.
  • Roles and responsibilities within the project must be clearly defined. The necessary resources must be made available. This helps to avoid conflicts in responsibility and capacity.
